Scott and Steve of Advisor Commercial Realty LLC (“ACR”) represented Bridger Steel, Inc. to lease Unit 100 and Unit 200 at 8530 Concord Center Drive, Englewood, CO 80112. When Bridger’s business plan changed such that they no longer required this space they retained ACR in late January of 2020 to sublease it for them. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, ACR was able to get Unit 200 sublet as of June 1st, 2020, and Unit 100 as of July 1st, 2020 on competitive market terms.
